基于VB6.0的虚拟模具零件库

在Windows2000环境下 ,利用Office2000中的MicrosoftAccess软件建立注射模具标准模架及主要零部件虚拟数据库系统 (VMPL) ,利用Windows建立OLEDB数据库连接。通过调用MicrosoftVisualBasic6.0中的ADO控件进行数据连接 ,设计出模架自动选择、主要零部件自动生成等应用程序 ,并使之在网络环境中运行 ,生成可被AutoCAD调用的DXF文件供远程调用 ,并列举出DXF文件的主要结构和部分函数。实例证明 ,在相关数据库的建立、调用、维护等方面 ,使用该方法非常方便。

A Virtual Database of Mould Parts Based on VB6.0

Under Windows2000, the Microsoft Access software in Office2000 was used to build a virtual database system for the standard mould bases and the main parts of the injection mould, and Windows was used to set up the OLE DB database base link. Data are linked through the ADO control unit in Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. An application program was thus designed for automatic selection of the mould bases and automatic generation of the main parts of the mould, which can run in the network environment and generate DXF files that Auto CAD can read for remote use. The main structure and part of functions of the DXF file were stated. Practical examples prove that this method is very convenient on the aspects of building, reading and maintenance of the relative databases.
