服装产业集群竞争优势与价值创造的关系研究

为剖析服装产业集群价值创造机理,运用扎根理论,建立40个服装产业集群竞争优势子范畴,主轴编码提炼出区域产业优势、成长环境优势、竞争合作优势、动态创新优势和网络结构优势5个主范畴。结合文献分析,构建服装产业集群竞争优势与协同度对价值创造影响的模型。对调研数据进行因子分析和回归分析,得出服装产业集群5个竞争优势对集群价值创造有显著影响,协同在服装产业集群竞争优势对集群价值创造的影响中介效应显著。从服装产业集群竞争优势影响要素角度提出建议,通过优势协同实现服装产业集群价值提升并推动中国服装产业升级。

Research on relationship between competitive advantage and value creation of garment industrial cluster

To analyze the value creation mechanism of garment industrial cluster,40 competitive advantage subcategories of garment industrial cluster were established by grounded theory.Through axial coding,5 main categories were obtained,including regional industrial advantage,growth environment advantage,competitive cooperation advantage,dynamic innovation advantage and network structure advantage.Combined with literature analysis,the influence model of competitive advantage and synergy of garment industrial cluster on value creation was constructed.Through factor analysis and regression analysis of the survey data,it is concluded that the five competitive advantages of garment industrial cluster have a significant impact on cluster value creation,and the intermediary effect of coordination on cluster value creation is significant.We put forward some suggestions from the perspective of competitive advantage influencing factors of garment industrial cluster,finally realized the value promotion of the garment industrial cluster and promoted the upgrading of the garment industry of China.
