| 摘 要： | 采用稀盐酸浸取加碱中和的方法从黄豆饼粕中提取植酸钙。利用正交法探索出最佳工艺条件:浸泡酸度pH值为2.0、浸泡时间60 min、浸泡温度为60℃、中和酸度pH值为7.5。
