摘    要:传统的计量装置由于要求被测介质单一,流量稳定,同时压差变化较小,而在对分离器的液体进行直接测量时,所测介质是油水气的混合相态,同时从分离器放出的介质由于压差大,流速快,且不稳定,因此,传统的流量装置根本不能测量分离器内液体相态中油的体积和水的体积。移动式油水比测试装置采用分离器机械式自动油水分离排液装置作为自动排液设备,其后采用油水自动积液突然开启装置来稳定所计量的液体的流速,同时采用系统稳压装置将减压后的压力稳定在一相对较小的压力范围内,从而满足普通计量装置所要求的计量条件。

Abstract:The traditional measurement device due to the requirements of the medium to be measured a single, stable flow, at the same time and pressure difference is smaller, while in the separator liquid direct measurement, the measured medium is oil gas mixed phase, at the same time the separator from the release medium due to pressure, flow rate, and not stable, therefore, the traditional flow device cannot measuring separator liquid phase oil volume and the volume of water. The moving oil-water ratio testing device adopts a mechanical type automatic separation of oil and water separator for liquid discharge device as automatic liquid discharge equipment, thereafter applying automatic effusion suddenly opening device to the measurement of liquid flow rate, at the same time, the system will be reduced pressure stabilizing device in a relatively small pressure range, so as to meet the normal metering device the requirements of measuring conditions.
