硅源预处理对合成高硅NaY分子筛的影响

摘    要:Y型分子筛是催化裂化催化剂的主要活性组分,提高Y型分子筛的硅铝比对于改善Y型分子筛的使用性能具有重要的作用。研究硅源预处理方法对合成NaY分子筛的影响,较常规方法合成的NaY分子筛比较,硅铝比提高0.4%,结晶度合格,单釜产率提高3%。对高硅NaY进行表征,产品具有纯的FAU沸石物相、晶粒度为2.28μm和BET比表面积达到688m2/g的小晶粒高硅NaY分子筛。

Abstract:Zeolite Y is the most important active component of FCC catalysts. It is well known that the performance of Y zeolite could be greatly improved by increasing its silica to alumina ratio (SiO2/Al2O3). The impact of the pretreament method of silica source on the synthesis of NaY zeolite is introduced, relative crystallinity above 95 % and SiO2/A12O3 ratio 0.4 higher than the conventional synthesis of NaY, the yield of the zeolite Y reaches 14 %(wt). The high silica NaY has pure FAU zeolite phase, grain size of 2.28 μm and BET specific surfuace area of 688 m2/g.
