采用微通道冷凝器对商用空调系统制冷剂迁移的影响

摘    要:针对采用微通道冷凝器的商用空调,对制冷剂在系统中的分布和迁移进行试验研究。并与采用铜管翅片冷凝器的商用空调制冷剂迁移现象进行对比。结果表明,在相同条件下,与采用铜管翅片冷凝器的商用空调相比,采用微通道冷凝器的商用空调在停机时制冷剂液体更容易从排气管回流到压缩机。

Abstract:Aiming at commercial air-conditioning using micro-channel condenser, the refrigerant distribution and migration in the system are studied by experiments, and are compared with the commercial air-conditioning using copper-tube finned condenser. The results show that, under the same condition,the refrigerant liquid can more easily migrate back to compressor through discharge line at shutdown status using micro-channel condenser than using copper-tube finned condenser.
