四象限变频器在永磁同步变频离心式机组中的应用分析

摘    要:常规变频离心式机组通常采用二极管或晶闸管进行整流,该方式虽控制简单,但谐波含量较高,功率因数较低。本文利用四象限全控整流替代传统整流方式,通过仿真对比以及试验,验证四象限变频器的高功率因数、低谐波含量优势,以及四象限技术在此类大功率变频离心式机组中应用的稳定性。

Analysis on application of 4-quadrant inverter into permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency centrifugal unit

Abstract:Traditionally,the diodes or thyristors are used for rectification in the variable-frequency centrifugal unit.Though this rectifying method is easy to control,but it brings higher harmonic content and results in lower power factor.The 4-quadrant full-controlled rectifier method is introduced,which replaces the traditional rectifying method.Through simulating comparison and experimental,the 4-quadrant inverter's advantages are verified,including high power factor,low harmonic content and stability when applied to the high-power variable frequency centrifugal unit.
