油分离与回油技术对满液式和降膜式冷水(热泵)机组性能的影响

摘    要:首先就回油技术对满液式和降膜式冷水(热泵)机组性能的影响进行简要分析,然后对油分离技术对机组性能的影响进行详细论述,并从理论和实践的角度分析制冷剂的含油量对换热性能的影响。最后得出结论:对于满液式机组和降膜式机组而言,利用油分离技术比单纯的回油技术更容易实现提高机组运行效率和稳定性的目标。

Influences of oil separation and oil return technology on performance of flooded and falling-film water chiller (heat pump) unit

Abstract:The influences of oil return technology on the performance of flooded and falling-film water chiller (heat pump) unit are analyzed firstly. Then the influences of oil separation technology on the performance of chiller are described in detail, and the influences of refrigerant's oil content on the heat transfer performance are analyzed from the theoretical and practical perspectives. It is concluded that it is easier to reach the goals of improving unit operation efficiency and stability using oil separation technology than using oil return technology only.
