中央空调变频冷冻泵组合优化探讨

摘    要:在中央空调节能控制系统中,"一机对一泵"的多泵并联变频控制技术被广泛采用。然而实际上往往有多种泵组均能满足系统工作需求。针对这种情况,本文从理论和实验两方面探讨在确保系统正常运行的情况下,相同流量区间内不同泵组的节能优化效果。指出对于定温差变流量的中央空调节能控制系统,应根据流量和管阻系数的变化,选择泵组及其运行的频率,实现节能运行。

Discussion on optimization of variable frequency chilled water pumps combination in central air-conditioning

Abstract:In the energy-saving controlled central air-conditioning system,the "one pump on one unit"parallel connection variable frequency technology is widely used.In fact,there are a variety of pumps combination which can meet the operation requirements.According to this situation,the energy-saving optimization results under different pumps combination at the same flow volume are discussed from theoretical and experimental aspects,while the air-conditioning system operates normally.The conclusion is that,for the energy-saving controlled central air-conditioning system with fixed temperature difference and variable flow,the pumps combination and pumps' operating frequency should be decided according to the flow volume and the pipe resistance coefficient,in order to fulfill the energy-saving operation.
