摘    要:
以硝酸钡、硝酸铁和氨水为原料,采用柠檬酸sol-gel工艺,制备了M型六角钡铁氧体(BaFe12O19)纳米晶.运用X射线衍射仪和透射电子显微镜等表征手段研究了产物的结构和形貌.结果表明不同的升温烧结工艺对所制备产物的结构和形貌影响很大,升温速率快,有利于片状产物的形成,慢的升温速率易形成棒状产物.并讨论了不同的升温烧结机制影响铁氧体结构和形貌的原因.

Abstract:
Citrate sol-gel process was used to prepare M-type hexagonal Ba-ferrite nanocrystals. The structure and morphology of the prepared products were investigated by means of X-ray powder diffractometry (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results showed that the different sintering process largely influences the structure and morphology of the prepared products. Sheet-like nanoparticles could be obtained in the sintering process with a rapid temperature rising rate, while nanorods were obtained with a slow rate. The formative mechanism of the different structures and morphologies of the prepared Ba-ferrite nanoparticles was also discussed.
