微纳光纤改善光束质量的研究

摘    要:采用时域有限差分法(FDTD),在微米量级下,模拟了微纳光纤对于光束质量的改善情况。实验中所使用的微纳光纤是采用火焰熔融拉锥法,将单模光纤熔融拉锥制成的,并采用CCD测量光束质量因子M2,对比测量了光束通过普通单模光纤和熔锥微纳光纤的光束质量。实验结果显示,与普通单模光纤相比,熔锥微纳光纤可以改善光束质量。实验与FDTD模拟计算得到的结果相一致。
