基于滤波器的Anti-Windup设计及其在伺服系统中的应用

摘    要:针对控制器Windup问题,提出了一种基于滤波器的Anti-Windup设计方法。该方法采用两步设计技术,通过合理地选取滤波器F(s),使系统满足相应的最优设计指标,提高了系统的性能,有效地解决了某型电动转台伺服系统中存在的控制器Windup问题。转台伺服系统实际运行结果验证方法的有效性,并说明该方法也适用于类似的一般控制系统的Auti-Windup设计。

Abstract:With respects to the Windup problem, a kind of Anti Windup design method based on filter is presented. This method adopts the Two Step Design Technique, makes the system satisfy the corresponding optimal design index, and then improves the performance of the system. The Windup problem in the control system of an electric turntable is solved by this method. The simulation and praWctical running curves demonstrate this design method's effectiveness, and proved that this method is also suitable for the Anti Windup design of similar general control systems.
