摘    要:鉴于传统凝固浴控制系统中PID控制参数整定方法存在的缺陷,该文提出了一种采用蚁群算法优化PID控制参数的方法。通过建立凝固浴液位控制系统数学模型,将系统控制参数的选择转化为路径选择,从而将蚁群算法成功地应用到PID控制参数的优化上。将所得的结果与遗传算法、传统的Ziegler-Nichols(ZN)法进行了仿真比较,该方法调节时间短,响应速度快,超调量小。仿真实验结果验证了该方案的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:In view of the deficiencies of PID control parameter setting method in traditional coagula-tion bath control system,in this paper,a method to optimize PID control parameters using ant colony al-gorithm is presented. Through the establishment of the mathematical model of coagulation bath level con-trol system,the selection of system control parameters is converted into path selection,and thus,the ant colony optimization is successfully applied to optimization of PID control parameters. The results obtained have been made simulation comparison with that of genetic algorithm and the traditional Ziegler - Nichols (ZN)method. The comparison shows that this method has the advantages of short adjustment time,fast response and small overshoot. Simulation results show that the scheme is feasible and effective.
