| 摘 要： | 通过天铁2号高炉(550m~3)为期1个月喷煤量与煤焦置换比关系的试验,重点研究了高炉的经济喷煤量问题。试验结果表明,不富氧条件下,目前天铁高炉的经济喷煤量M_j为100kg/t,其计算公式为M_j=179.1296—185.1852P_m/P_k,具有经济意义的极限煤焦置换比R为0.52,其计算公式为R≤P_m/P_k。 |

| Abstract: | One month test on the relation of the PCI rate and the replacement ratio has been carried out on the No. 2 BF of Tianjin Iron Works. Test results show that at present the economical PCI rate is 100 kg/tHM and the economical minimum replacement ratio is 0.52 without enriched oxygen at Tianjin Iron Works. |
