烧结-热等静压法制取WC-Co系硬质合金

摘    要:用真空烧结、后续热等静压(HIP)和烧结-热等静压方法制取WC-Co系列硬度合金。通过对这3种工艺制取的硬质合金的组织和性能的比较,证明了烧结-热等静压工艺的优越性。此外还分析了烧结-热等静压工艺提高硬质合金性能的原因。

Abstract:A series of WC Co carbide alloys were produced by VS, VS HIP, sinter HIP technologies. By making a comparison of structures and properties between VS alloys, VS HIP alloys and sinter HIP alloys, the advantage of WC Co alloys produced by sinter HIP technology were proved.
