对外直接投资环境评价指标的模糊分析方法

对外直接投资环境评价方法多种多样,既有定性分析方法,也有定量分析方法.但存在着普遍性强,忽视特殊性;没有考虑决策的群体性等不足之处.为了克服上述缺,本文提出了对外直接投资机会决策的模糊评价模型,并采用乐观法、悲观法和折衷法处理评价成员的模糊映射,然后进行模糊转换,从而找出求综合评价的分析方法.

Fuzzy Analysis of Evaluation Index on Direct Foreign Investment Environment

Various assessment approaches can be applied to assess direct foreign investment environments, such as qualitative and quantitive analyses. Those approaches, however,over-stress the generalities of the direct foreign investment setting by neglecting its particularities and constraints of the decision-making group. In order to overcome the above mistakes,this paper presents a fuzzy assessment model to assess the direct foreign investment. The model applies the optimistic, pessmistic and eclectic methods respectively to analysis and the comprehensive assessment through fuzzy-projection and fuzzy transformation.
