摘    要:针对在线监测电站锅炉受热面积灰结渣的需要,建立了炉膛、对流受热面等主要受热面的污染监测模型。以某300 MW机组的1025 t/h锅炉为监测对象,开发了受热面积灰结渣在线监测系统,成功实现了锅炉受热面污染的在线监测。

Abstract:With the rising demand for on-line ash fouling monitoring of heating surfaces of utility boilers,fouling monitoring models of furnace,convective heating surfaces are established.An on-line ash fouling monitoring system of boiler surfaces has been developed and successfully applied for the 1025t/h boiler in a power plant 300MW unit.
