| Abstract: | The policy direction and technique countermeasures for implementing sugarcane standardization are the theoretical basis and technological support for the operation of sugarcane standardization.According to currently formed extension models for sugarcane standardization--government dominance,leading enterprises dominance and cooperative dominance,it is suggested that further measures such as the innovation of developing idea to straighten the management system,the formulation of measures and supporting policy,the research to tamp the standard basis,the elite human resources,the organization and the supervision should be implemented for sugarcane standardization,in order to guarantee a favorable circle and sustainable development of sugarcane standardization. |
