| 摘 要： | 主要是介绍新型四喷嘴气化炉技术通过技术改进以及不断优化,现今的运行状况。首先通过煤气化技术发展以及与其它煤气化技术比较概述了新型四喷嘴气化炉技术的技术优势,然后简要介绍了影响新型气化炉系统长周期稳定运行的两个关键因素,并分别针对两个关键因素烧嘴、耐火砖的改进、维护方法,以及通过优化现今使用寿命进行了详细阐述。

| Abstract: | The operation status que of new four nozzle gasifier technology through technology improvement and optimization was mainly introduced.The technical advantages of the new four nozzle gasifer were outlined through the coal gasification technology development as well as the comparation with other coal gasification technology.Two key factors affected the stable and long period operation of the new gasifier system were introduced briefly.The two key factors burner,refractory bricks improvement,maintenance methods,as well as optimization service life nowadys were discussed in detail. |
