粉煤灰改性实验研究

摘    要:目前我国粉煤灰的利用率、利用水平还比较低,如何更充分的开发利用粉煤灰,提高其利用价值,特别是作为防水材料的应用方面就显得非常重要。采用组合改性剂,用正交实验研究不同化学外加剂对粉煤灰改性效果的影响,通过测定改性粉煤灰的吸水率、透水率以及抗压强度,讨论了改性工艺中关键因素、重要因素以及因素最佳值和最优的工艺搭配。实验结果表明:改性剂A1+改性剂B1的组合对粉煤灰的活化效果最好;改性剂B对粉煤灰改性起着至关重要的作用。实验结果可为粉煤灰综合利用提供重要的实验基础。

Abstract:At present,the utilization of fly ash,a relatively low level of utilization,how to better development and utilization of fly ash to enhance their usefulness,especially as the application of waterproof material was very important.Orthogonal experiment with different chemical additives on the effect of modified fly ash with combination modifier,fly ash modified by measuring the water absorption,water permeability and compressive strength,the key factors in the modification process was discussed,which was important factors and factor values,and the best craft match.The results showed that modifier B1 with modifier A1 combination was the best on the activation of fly ash,modifier modification of fly ash from B played a crucial role.The research provided an important experimental basis for reusing of flyash.
