用AFS-230a原子荧光光度计测定土壤中总汞的研究

摘    要:建立了原子荧光光度计测定土壤中汞的方法,对测定的影响因素:样品前处理、仪器参数等作了研究并予以优化。在最佳条件下,土壤中汞的检出限为0.0008 mg/kg。加标回收率在94%~102%之间,标准物质的测定与标准值相符。用此法测定实际土样中的微量汞,结果令人满意。

Abstract:A determining method of mercury in soil by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry was established,and the influencing factors of the determination such as sample preparation and instrument parameters were optimized.Under the optimum condition,the detection limit was 0.0008 mg/kg.The efficiency of recovery was 94%~102%,and the determination of the reference materials matched with the standard value of the reference materials.Using this method to determine the trace mercury in practical samples,the results was satisfactory.
