全钢大型钢模板在直线扭坡渐变段中的应用

摘    要:南水北调中线滹沱河倒虹吸工程直线扭坡渐变段为出口闸室与明渠之间的连接段,其体型多变,结构复杂,使用全钢大型钢模板完成扭坡渐变段挡墙混凝土施工,有效解决了扭曲面模板难以加工及支撑加固的困难,在整个南水北调中线倒虹吸工程施工中值得推广应用.

Abstract:Transition section of straight slope of Hutuo River Inverted Siphon is the connecting part between outlet chamber and open channel,it has multivariable shape and complicated structure.Large-scale steel form was adopted in the concrete construction of retaining wall of transition section of straight slope,which effectively solved difficult processing and support problems of forms at the distorted faces.This method is worth spreading and applying in the construction of other inverted siphon works in the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project.
