压铸模坯的预处理

摘    要:分析比较了碳化物细匀化预处理和常规退火预处理对模具钢组织、淬回火变形和淬回火试样冲击韧性的影响。结果表明,碳化物细匀化预处理可使钢中的碳化物细匀化,显著减少淬回火件的变形量,延长模具的使用寿命。

Abstract:The effect of preheating of carbide refining and homogenizing and the effect of common pretreating of annealing upon microstructures of mould steels,distortion resulted from quenching and temperting,impact toughness of quenched and tempered samples have been analysised and compared.The results show that the pretreating of carbide refining and homogenizing will refine and homogenize carbide in the steels,obviously decrease the distortion resulted from quenching and tempering and increase the service life of mould.
