摘    要:为实现基于Loop细分曲面表示的医学假体CAD造型,提出了一个完整的Loop细分曲面拟合系统。输入为CT图像经三维重建并经滤噪与平滑处理所得的密集三角网格,再用QEM简化算法与提出的网格优化算法进行简化优化得到基网格,将提出的优化算法与QEM算法无缝集成,最后用顶点迭代调整细分拟合算法输出细分控制网格。该控制网格可作为后续设计与加工模块的输入,对其作若干次Loop细分后即得到逼近于原始网格的光滑细分曲面。

Abstract:Towards the implementation of prosthesis CAD system based on subdivision surface representation, a complete Loop subdivision surface fitting system was put forward. The input dense triangular mesh was the result of MC iso-surfacing from CT images, which was then smoothed, simplified and optimized to get the base mesh for subdivision surface fitting. QEM simplification algorithm was used, and a new optimization algorithm was put forward, which was seamlessly integrated with QEM. Then, the vertex iterative adjusting subdivision surface fitting algorithm was implemented to output the subdivision control mesh, which can be used as the input of the afterwards design and fabrication modules. From the control mesh, smooth subdivision surface which approximate the original mesh can be obtained after several times of Loop subdivision.
