新型酸压与加砂复合改造技术研究

摘    要:长期以来对于低渗透砂岩储层加砂压裂是改造的主体技术,但这种方式是否最大限度地提高了改造效果,是否有进一步完善的技术来提高压后产量?针对上述疑问,改变以往的储层改造思路,对砂岩储层中钙质和硅质胶结的储层,进行储层酸压与加砂压裂复合改造的适应性研究,进行新型液体和酸岩反应试验及岩石力学试验分析,提出一种新型提高措施效果的酸压与加砂压裂复合改造技术,5井次现场试验表明,在单井用液量减少20%、加砂量降低10%的情况下,产量反而增加了10倍,表明该工艺对于提高改造效果、降低成本具有重要作用,展示出良好应用前景。为低渗透碎屑岩储层措施改造提供新的可用改造手段。

Abstract:For low permeability sandstone reservoirs,sand fracturing was the main technique,but whether or not the technique could maximize the efficiency and further improve the technique and enhance the oil production after fracturing? In allusion to the problems above,the past ideas for reservoir reconstruction were changed,for the existence of calcareous and siliceous cements in sandstone reservoirs,the composite fracturing with acidizing and sand fracturing was studied.A fluid and acid-rock reaction experiments were performed,a new technique of composite fracturing with acidizing and sand fracturing was proposed.The results of tests on 5 wells show that by using the composite treatment technique,20% the fluid usage is reduced and also more than 10% sand usage is reduced and 10 times of oil production is raised,it shows that the technique can be used for improving the operation efficiency and reducing the cost of low permeability sandstone reservoirs,it has good prospects of application.
