非常规水平井多段钻塞完井工艺在河南油田泌页HF1井的应用

摘    要:河南油田泌页HF1井是部署在南襄盆地泌阳凹陷深凹区的一口以主探页岩油为目的的水平预探井。介绍了该井在钻桥塞施工中,如何选定钻桥塞完井方案(包括:钻塞施工泵压的确定、钻塞施工钻压的确定、钻塞施工时液体的选择、钻桥塞工具组合)及钻塞施工的详细步骤。通过选择带压施工装置,配套钻桥塞工具,设定施工参数,历时4d,仅用1只钻头就实现了在1042m水平段,钻桥塞14个,冲砂钻进达170.93m,开创了非常规钻桥塞的新记录。

Abstract:The Well HF1 of Biyang shale reservoir of Henan Oilfield,located in deep region of Biyang Depression of South Xiangfan Basin,was a horizontal preliminary prospecting well for the purpose of exploring oil from shale.The article introduced how to choose the completion program of bridge plug drilling,which included determining pump pressure,weight on bit,drilling fluid,drill string assembly,and detail procedure during the operation of drilling bridge plug in this well.It has created a new record on bridge plug drilling of unconventional horizontal well,continuously fourteen bridge plugs are drilled for accomplish sand washing and drilling for 170.93 m in 1042 m horizontal section by using only one bit in four days by means of optimizing operation equipment under pressure,drill string assembly and operation parameter.
