| 摘 要： | 研究了以SBS为主体材料SBS装潢用胶粘剂的基础配方,考察了SBS的牌号、增粘树脂,白油的种类和用量、及特性和制造方法。得出了较好的SBS装潢用胶粘剂的基础配方:90号溶剂油44、醋酸乙酯15,SBS12,碳五石油树脂22,环烷油8%,此配方的剥离强度为2.2kN/m,剪切强度为700N/2.5cm×25cm。

| Abstract: | In the paper, the composition and the process of preparation of the decoration styrene-butadiene block copolymer(SBS) adhesive were researched. The kinds, performance, using weight of SBS, tackifying resin, white oil and manufacture methods of SBS decorative adhesive were also introduced. The better composition of SBS decorative: ninty grade orginic solvent oil, ethyl-acetate, SBS, C5-Petroleum resin, white oil were 44,15,12,22,8%, and the peeling and shearing strength were 2.2kN/m, 700N/2.5cm*25cm, respective. |
