| 摘 要： | 连铸无氧化浇铸包括长水口和浸入式水口吹氩保护,开工以来,由于长水口安装机械手设计不合理,使长水口无法使用。直接影响连铸板坯质量和品种开发。本文根据长水口安装使用要求,分析了机械手存在的问题,提出改造方案（已实施）,并对改造成果进行了总结。

| Abstract: | Oxidation-free casting in continuous casting includes long nozzle and submerged entry nozzle with argon-blowing shroud. Since start-up,it is not possible to use long nozzle due to irrational design of installation manipulator of long nozzle,which directly affects quality of continuously cast slab and development of variety. This article,based on installation and operation requirement for long nozzle analyses problem existed in the manipulator,puts forward modification proposal (already carried out)and summarizes achievement of the modification. |
