基于ANSYS Workbench铝合金车轮弯曲疲劳性能的分析

摘    要:通过三维软件SolidWorks建模,并且运用ANSYS Workbench进行铝合金车轮弯曲疲劳性能的有限元分析,通过仿真得到弯曲疲劳寿命云图及安全系数云图,所得分析数据与实际试验数据相对比,证明有限元分析的可靠性,为铝合金车轮的开发设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:By using 3 D software SolidWorks modeling, and using ANSYS Workbench to do bending fatigue perform- ance of aluminum alloy wheel for finite element analysis, get images of the bending fatigue life and image of the safety coef- ficient by simulation, analysis data compared with the actual experimental data, it proves the reliability of finite elemen! a- nalysis, provides the theory basis for the design and development of aluminum alloy wheels.
