“T”形翅片管重沸器的研制与应用

摘    要:针对石油化工行业中卧式重沸器技术落后、传热效率低的状况,研制开发了以采用“T”形翅片管为管外沸腾传热强化传热元件的新型高效设备——“T”形翅片管重沸器。对钢质“T”形翅片管进行了实验室实验和工业试验。工业试验表明,该设备在提高沸腾传热系数35%的同时也减少了所需换热面积35%。目前,钢制“T”形翅片管重沸器已广泛应用于炼油厂中。

Abstract:Since the horizontal reboiler used in petrochemical industry having low heat transfer efficiency and behindhand technology,a new type o f high efficiency reboiler with T-shaped fin tube has been developed as heat transfer element.A lab and industrial experiment study has been made on the carbon steel T-shaped fin tube,which shows that the T-shaped fin tube reboiler has been enhanced more than 35% in heat transfer coefficient,therefore its heat transfer area has been reduced more than 35%.Now,the T-shaped fin tube rebolier has been used widely in refineries.
