摘    要:窑尾高温风机的变频调速方案的选择,对其能否高效低耗运行有直接影响。在进行几种变频调速方案的技术性能比较基础上:重点分析介绍了江苏联合水泥有限公司5500t/d生产线窑尾高温风机采用ACSl000高压变频器的性能特点,现场调试技术和实际运行情况介绍。生产实践证明,采用ACS1000高压变频调速方案,投资虽比液力偶合器调速方案高,但性能优越,且节电显著。

Abstract:The selection of frequency variable speed regulation scheme of back-end hot fan would relate direcly to low consumption and high efficiency production. By comparing technical performance of several frequency variable speed regulation schemes, the author presented the performance specialities of ACS1000 high pressure converter adopted by Jiangsu Joint Cement Co.,Ltd in their back-end hot fan of 5 000 t/d production line on emphasis as well as the commisioning technic and the actual running. Practice shows, compared the ACS1000 high-pressure frequency-variable speed regulation scheme with that of hydrodynamic clutch speed regulation, although the former investment is higher, it has patent advantage on saving electricity.
