摘    要:聚酯泡沫反射片以其良好的综合性能在当前液晶显示背光系统中占据主导地位。拉伸取向的聚酯膜在加热时容易产生变形,导致光学不均匀。本文对两种液晶反射片的形貌,高温下的尺寸稳定性,动、静态热机械性能进行了系统研究。结果表明聚酯反射片在加热的过程中先膨胀后收缩,在温度低于Tg时膨胀,温度高于Tg时收缩。膨胀和收缩率大的反射片更容易发生翘曲变形。

Abstract:Polyester foam was a dominate core material in making reflector in back light unit of liquid crystal and displayed its good optical and mechanical performances. Stretched oriented polyester film was easily deformed during the heating,resulting in optical in homogeneity. The morphology,dimensional stability at high temperatures,dynamic and static thermomechanical properties of the two reflector sheet were studied systematically. The results showed that during a heating process,the polyester reflector sheet expanded as the temperature was below its Tg and then shrunk as the temperature was over its Tg. The sheets with higher expansion and shrinkage rate were more prone to warpage.
