摘    要:利用高强度钢管进行一定压力和速度的流体输送广泛应用于石油化工、机械装备、航空航天、汽车、兵器装备、发电与核电装备、船舶、冶金等多个领域,这些领域均需要对管道内一定压力和速度的液体进行流量高性能、高精度测试。为此,本文分析了目前管道内流动液体的流量测试的不同方法的基本原理、技术优缺点、应用范围,进一步探讨了管道内流动液体的流量测试发展趋势。

Abstract:The use of high-strength steel pipes for fluid transportation at a certain pressure and speed has been widely used in petrochemicals,mechanical equipment,aerospace,automobiles,weaponry,power generation and nuclear power equipment,ships,metallurgy and other fields.These fields require pipelines high-performance and high-precision flow tests performed on liquids with a certain pressure and speed.For this reason,the basic principles,technical advantages and disadvantages,and application scope of current different flow testing methods of liquid flowing in pipelines have been analyzed in the text.The development trend of flow testing of flowing liquids in pipelines has been furtherly discussed.
