管廊接头变形对接头防渗性能的影响

摘    要:针对地下综合管廊渗漏规律不明确的现状,文中建立有限差分模型,首先对相邻两节段管廊施加荷载,对比分析单舱、双舱、三舱管廊在不同接头构造下、不同止水橡胶垫初始应力情况下,管廊接头渗漏的临界转角规律。结果表明,无论预应力钢筋连接还是螺栓连接,单舱、双舱、三舱管廊的连接处转角都与荷载成正比例关系,且预应力钢筋连接比螺栓连接防水性能好。沉降缝处的转角也与荷载成正比例关系,并且防水性能主要取决于止水橡胶垫的初始应力,与管片结构刚度关系不大。最后,以上海某隧道实际沉降数据为依据,研究管廊在不同沉降阶段止水橡胶垫和接头螺栓的受力,分析管廊沉降破坏模式。

Abstract:The leakage of the utility tunnel joint has not been well studied. A series numerical models were developed to investigate the waterproof performance of the deformed joints. Two adjacent rings of utility tunnel was applied uniformly distributed load to obtain the critical opening angle of leakage for the joints in utility tunnels with single cabin, double cabins and three cabins, under different joint style and initial stress of waterproof rubber. The results show that the deformation angles of joint in utility tunnel without single cabin, double cabins and three cabins are all proportional to the applied load linearly, despite of the different joint styles (prestressed-steel-bar connection and bolt connection). The waterproof performance of the joint with prestressed-steel-bar connection is better than that with the bolt connection . Waterproof performance mainly depends on the initial stress of the rubber, and is slightly influenced by the segment stiffness. The deformation angle of the settlement joint is also proportional to the load. Based on the settlement curve of a tunnel in Shanghai, the stress of the waterproof rubber and joint bolts were analyzed and the failure mode of tunnel joint were also investigated.
