| 摘 要： | 在旧城改造如火如荼的今日中国城市,产业建筑作为20世纪数量最大的建筑遗产,正带着城市发展的记忆在人们的视野中消失。拟探讨一种产业建筑的动态保护策略——利用,结合我国目前住宅大量紧缺的社会现实,提出了将产业建筑遗存改造成为转型住屋的建筑设计对策。 |

| Abstract: | Being the most distinctive architectural heritage of 20th century, old industrial buildings are slowly disappearing now. Hence this paper tries to find a dynamic preserving strategy as "reconstructive use" for those old industrial buildings. That is to rebuild the old industrial buildings into new-style houses to meet current house requirements. |
