| Abstract: | Changing fuel from coal to biomass now is one of the best ways of small power plant rebuilding.The rebuilding necessity,possibility,system requirements,and the risk of rebuilding in the small power plant are totally discussed.Then the feasibility of this rebuilding is discussed. |
