原油储罐阻火器存在隐患问题分析及解决措施

西北油田某联合站在清洗原油储罐安全附件阻火器时发现上面附着黄色异物,随后对该物质取样化验分析得出,主要成分为硫单质、硫化亚铁以及铁的氧化物等物质,这些物质的存在极易引起自燃和爆炸事故,对原油储罐运行具有极大的安全风险隐患。针对上述问题,该联合站将阻火器材质升级为316#不锈钢,将定期清洗时间缩短为一季度一次,并制定了科学的管理措施以避免异物的产生。此外,还对原油处理工艺流程进行了改造,脱除原油中的大部分硫化氢;在降低化学反应所需物质条件的同时,还能生产出副产品混烃50 t/d,增加了经济效益。通过以上举措,可从源头上消除阻火器存在的安全隐患,保障原油储罐安全运行。

Analysis of Hidden Troubles in Flame Arresters of Crude Oil Storage Tanks and Solutions

When cleaning the flame arrester of crude oil storage tank in a united station of northwest oil field,it was found that there was yellow foreign body on it.After sampling and analyzing the material,it was found that the main components were sulfur,ferrous sulfide and iron oxide.The existence of these substances could easily cause spontaneous combustion and explosion accidents,which had great potential safety risks for the operation of crude oil storage tanks.In view of this phenomenon,the flame arrester material was upgraded to 316 stainless steel,and the regular cleaning time was shortened to once a quarter,and scientific management measures were formulated to avoid the occurrence of foreign matters.In addition,through the transformation of the process flow,on the one hand,most of the hydrogen sulfide in the crude oil will be removed to reduce the material conditions required for chemical reaction,on the other hand,the byproduct mixed hydrocarbon of 50 t/d can be produced to increase economic benefits.Through the above measures,control from the source,put an end to this phenomenon,and ensure the safe operation of crude oil tanks.
