摘    要:论述了一种基于SD卡技术实现无人机载光电仪器自动控制的方法。其核心为利用SD卡作为设备载体,采用AVR单片机控制系统工作,在无线控制链路失锁后读取SD卡内容,并根据设备当前工作状态按照预先设定的工作模式控制设备继续工作,同时将设备的状态信息存入SD卡中。单片机与SD卡之间采用SPI接口,与设备分系统之间采用RS422接口。描述了单片机与SD卡以及各分系统之间的硬件及软件设计方案。本方案在作者所在的红外航空相机课题中得到了实际的应用,经过一年多的实践,用文中所述方法有效地完成了机载光电仪器的自动控制,保证了设备在无线链路中断的情况下也能正常工作,同时为事后的维修提供了依据。

Abstract:A method to control an opto-electronic apparatus onboard a pilotless aircraft automatically by using a SD card technique is discussed.In this method,the SD card is used as an equipment carrier and an AVR SCM is used to control the system.When the wireless link is broken off,the system can read the data from the SD card,control the equipment to operate continually according to its predetermined operation mode and store the current operation information of the equipment in the SD card at the same time.A SPI interface is used between the SCM and the SD card and the RS422 interfaces are used between the SCM and other subsystems of the equipemnt.The design of the hardware and software of the control method is described.The method is used practically in the experiment of an airborne infrared camera.The experimental results show that the method can implement the automatic control of the airborne infrared camera effectively,assure the camera to operate normally when the wireless link is broken off and provide important information for the subsequent service of the camera.
