摘    要:配电网中光伏、风电等分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)渗透率的不断提高对其充分消纳与高效利用提出了更为严峻的挑战。在此背景下,配电网DG接纳能力问题正受到越来越多的关注,研究DG接纳能力的科学评估方法与提升手段,已成为当前的学术热点之一。首先分析了配电网DG接纳能力的多种限制因素,并分别介绍了接纳能力多维概念模型和基本数学模型,然后从确定性分析和不确定性分析两方面对解析法、智能优化方法和随机场景模拟法3种接纳能力评估方法进行研究综述,并讨论了基于配电网灵活性的分析方法,在此基础上归纳总结了有载调压变压器抽头调整、无功补偿、逆变器功率因数控制等多种DG接纳能力提升技术,最后基于现有研究的不足对未来研究方向进行了展望,旨在为实现DG的充分消纳与高效利用提供借鉴意义,为含高比例DG配电网的规划运行提供科学依据。

Abstract:Increasing penetration of distributed generation (DG) such as photovoltaic and wind power into distribution network (DN) raises a increasingly severe challenge for their full accommodation and efficient utilization. In this context, the issue of DG hosting capacity in DN attracts more and more attention. And it becomes one of the academic hotspots to study scientific evaluation methods and improvement techniques of DG hosting capacity. Multiple restriction factors of DG hosting capacity in DN are firstly analyzed in this paper, and the multidimensional conceptual model and basic mathematical model of DG hosting capacity are respectively presented. Then, three hosting capacity evaluation methods including analytical method, intelligent optimization and stochastic scenario simulation are reviewed from both deterministic and uncertainty analyses, and the DN flexibility based analysis method is also discussed. On this basis, various improvement techniques of DG hosting capacity including on-load tap changer adjustment, reactive power compensation and inverter power factor control are summarized. Finally, future research directions are prospected based on the shortcomings of existing studies. The purpose is to provide reference for full accommodation and efficient utilization of DG, and scientific basis for planning and operation of DN with high DG penetration.
