摘    要:沈阳某商务办公楼地下室采用超长混凝土结构,平面尺寸约为196m×60m,共三层。为保证建筑物的使用功能,不能采用预留伸缩缝的常规方案进行施工。文中针对此问题,给出了结构在冬季的温差计算方法,并考虑了温差和收缩综合效应,进而结合YJK软件系统阐述了对地下室结构楼板、梁、外墙、竖向构件等进行温度应力分析的方法。最后提出了控制地下室温度裂缝的有效措施。可为类似结构的设计提供参考。

Abstract:A long basement of a business office building in ShenYang adopts the super-length concrete structure, the plane dimensions of which is 196m long, 60m wide, and a total of three floors. In order to ensure the normal application function of the structure, the conventional scheme of reserved expansion joints can not be used in the process of construction. In view of this problem, this paper proposes quantitative calculation methods of temperature difference in winter and the temperature difference and shrinkage comprehensive effect are considered. Then the method of temperature stress analysis of basement structure floor, beam, exterior wall and vertical member is described in combination with YJK software system. Some effective measures of controlling temperature cracks are proposed in the end, which can provide reference for the design of similar structures.
