摘    要:考虑新能源清洁供暖交易规则以及新能源场站单机运行信息和功率预测信息,提出了适应清洁供暖交易的新能源有功控制策略。首先根据限电时段、限额和新能源出力等预测信息,将月度交易电量分解至每一个限电日;日前再根据超短期预测信息将计划日交易电量分解至每个限电时段,并通过不断地滚动校验来修正计划交易电量。基于此策略建立了多时间尺度耦合的滚动优化模型。基于实际风电场的运行数据,对控制策略的有效性进行了验证。算例分析表明,相较于传统控制策略,本策略能够有效减少限电损失,同时提高新能源场站能源利用的公平性。

Abstract:Considering rules of clean heating trading, unit operation information and power forecast in renewable generation stations in North Hebei area, this paper puts forward an active power control strategy for renewable generation adapted to clean heating trading. Firstly, the clearing energy is divided into each day when renewable generation is curtailed based on predicted power output and interface limit. Then the daily clearing energy is divided into each time interval based on day-ahead forecast of renewable generation. The planned clearing energy for each day and each interval is adjusted according to its past completion. Then rolling optimization model is built and case studies based on realistic wind farms are carried out to verify the proposed strategy. It is validated that, compared with traditional strategy, the proposed strategy can accommodate the renewable energy more efficiently and more fairly.
