新型减缩膨胀剂对超长混凝土结构裂缝的控制与施工

新型减缩膨胀剂是中国建筑材料科学研究总院近期研制的科研成果。该膨胀剂与目前在工程中普遍应用的其它品牌膨胀剂的本质区别在于:普通膨胀剂虽然在一定的龄期内有膨胀效果,但超过某龄期就会回缩,即所谓的"倒缩或落差"。新型减缩膨胀剂中含有一定的减缩成分,不仅膨胀效能高而且能阻止混凝土倒缩,基本不产生落差。不同品牌的普通膨胀剂其"落差"大小各异,同一品牌的膨胀剂掺量不同,落差也不同。本文论述了新型减缩膨胀剂(以下简称KL-Ⅱ)用于解放军某部办公楼地下室超长混凝土结构裂缝的控制与施工,各项技术指标达到了设计要求,取得了良好效果。

Crack control and construction of super-long concrete structure by using the new type shrinkage-reducing and expansion admixture

The new type shrinkage-reducing and expansion admixture is a new invention of China Building Materials Academy(CBMA).This expansion admixture has a fundamental difference with other expansion admixtures in today’s civil engineering.Ordinary expansion admixtures always have an expanding effect in a definite age,but after a certain time it will shrink back,and which is so-called "fall".The new type shrinkage-reducing and expansion admixture has some shrinkage-reducing contents,and it not only has high expanding ability,but also can prevent shrinkage,basically,it has no "fall".Different expansion admixtures have different "fall",and the same expansion admixture will have different "fall" if dosage is different.In this paper,the new type shrinkage-reducing and expansion admixture(KL-Ⅱ for short) was used to control the crack of a super-long concrete structure,results show that every technique guideline satisfy the designing requests,and it obtained good effects.
