基于极点配置二阶LADRC的多电机同步控制系统研究

摘    要:在多电机同步控制系统起动时,由于负载不同和稳态时负载突变,会造成同步误差大、系统的跟踪性能与抗扰性能差,针对以上问题,提出了改进型的偏差耦合控制结构,改进了速度补偿器结构和二阶线性自抗扰控制器结构。在MATLAB/simulink环境下搭建了三台永磁同步电机同步控制仿真实验模型,在实验中把改进型的偏差耦合控制结构与传统的偏差耦合控制结构、基于二阶线性自抗扰的传统偏差耦合控制结构进行对比分析,研究结果表明:改进型的偏差耦合控制结构比其它两种结构具有精度高、抗干扰性能好、收敛速度快等特点。

Abstract:When the multi-motor synchronous control system starts,due to different loads and sudden load changes in the steady state,it will cause large synchronization errors and poor tracking performance and anti-disturbance performance of the system.In view of the above problems,an improved deviation coupling control structure was proposed to improve The structure of the speed compensator and the second-order linear active disturbance rejection controller were introduced.In the Matlab/Simulink environment,a simulation experiment model for synchronous control of three permanent magnet synchronous motors was built.In the experiment,the improved deviation coupling control structure and the traditional deviation coupling control structure,and the traditional deviation coupling control structure based on second-order linear auto disturbance rejection were carried out.Comparative analysis shows that the improved deviation coupling control structure has the characteristics of higher accuracy,better anti-interference performance and faster convergence speed than the other two structures.
