摘    要:为进一步完善水轮发电机组仿真培训,基于广西某水电站混流式水轮发电机组安装检修的实际情况,借助3DS MAX软件平台,对混流式机组各部件进行了三维建模;运用Virtools等软件对水轮发电机组的安装和检修进行了动态演示;基于视景交互平台,实现了在虚拟场景中的任意漫游。该培训系统不仅具有长时间的动画演示功能,而且增强了人机互动性,用户可通过鼠标和键盘操作模拟水轮发电机组的安装检修情况,获取各零部件的具体信息。该系统适用于水电站检修和安装人员的培训学习,为电站检修提供了参考。

Development and Application of Simulation and Training System about Maintenance and Assembly of Francis Turbine-generator
Abstract:Based on the demolition and installment of francis turbine in a hydropower station in Guangxi, three-dimensional model of various components of the unit is established with the help of 3DS MAX software to further improve the simulation training of hydroelectric generating set. The software Virtools is used to make a dynamic demonstration of the installation and maintenance of the turbine. User can have an unfettered access to the virtual scene through the visual interactive platform. The system produces a long dynamic presentation as well as an enhanced human-computer interaction. User can simulate the installation and maintenance of the hydroelectric generating set by mouse and keyboard and get the specific information of each individual part. The system is suitable for training of installers and maintainers in hydropower station, and provides reference for power plant maintenance.
