| 摘 要： | 用75%乙醇回流提取药材有效成分,制备小陷胸颗粒,以颗粒的成型性和溶化性能为指标,考察了糊精、蔗糖的比例以及润湿剂的浓度。结果表明,药材提取的最佳条件为:加5倍量乙醇,提取3次,每次1.5 h;干膏∶糊精∶蔗糖=2∶1∶1,润湿剂为85%的乙醇,颗粒的成型率达85%以上。采用选定的提取条件和制剂工艺制备的颗粒,其成型性和溶化性均较好。

| Abstract: | Preparation of Xiaoxianxiong Granules with the active ingredient of medicinal materials refluxed extraction by 75% ethanol.The proportional quantities of dextrin and cane sugar in Granules and the concentration of wetting agent were investigated,the moldability and dissolving property of Granules were regarded as the detection index.Results showed that the optimum extraction was as follows:soaking in five times amount of ethanol,extracting three times,every time for 1.5 h.The proportion of dry extraction,dextrin and cane sugar was 2 ∶ 1 ∶ 1,wetting agent was 85% ethanol.Forming ratio was much more than 85%.The moldability and dissolving property of Granules which was prepared by selected extracting condition and preparation technology was preferable. |
