摘    要:以Ca(OH)2和H2O2反应制备CaO2,采用正交设计研究了反应物配料比、稳定剂的量、反应时间、加水量、加料速度等因素对过氧化钙产率的影响。结果表明,影响过氧化钙产率的几种因素顺序为:反应物配料比>加水量>稳定剂的量>加料速度>反应时间。经二次逐步回归分析,最佳合成工艺条件为:H2O2与氢氧化钙物质的量比1∶1.2,稳定剂用量0.12 g,反应时间14 min,加水量31 mL,加料速度2.0 g/min,在此条件下,过氧化钙产率为68.8%。

Abstract:Preparation of Ca(OH)2 and H2O2 reaction,the orthogonal design.The reactant mixture ratio,the amount of stabilizer,reaction time,amount of water,feed rate on the yield of calcium peroxide.The results showed that the influence of calcium oxide yield of the order of several factors as follows:the reactant ingredients ratio,add water,the amount of stabilizer feed rate,the reaction time.The second stepwise regression analysis,the optimum conditions:H2O2 and calcium hydroxide mass ratio of 1∶ 1.2,the amount of 0.12 g of the stabilizer,reaction time 14 min,add water 31 mL,feed rate 2.0 g/min,by CaO2 the production rate of 68.8%.
