放射性关节滑膜切除术应用研究进展

放射性关节滑膜切除(RS)是一种治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的有效方法。它采用直接关节腔内注射药物，利用核素发出的射线遏制或消除发炎增生的滑膜，操作简单且病人恢复期短。经生物及临床实验证明，疗效明显并能改善病人的生活质量。本文从设计药物制剂的几个必需方面如核素、载体、剂量、颗粒度、疗效等对放射性关节滑膜切除的最新研究进展及现状进行了综述。

Recent advances in radiation synovectomy

Radiation synovectomy is an attractive alternative to surgical or chemical synovectomy for the rheumatoid arthritis. The procedure requires only an intra-articular injection of a radiopharmaceutical with the appropriate nuclear radiation to counteract and control synovial inflammation. Lots of patients and studies have responded well or shown the effectiveness. In this article the biological and clinical results obtained with radiation synovectomy are summarized and reviewed. Radionuclide characteristics, kinds of carriers, evaluation of dosimetry and methods of controlling particle size so as to minimize the leakage from the cavity are thoroughly discussed.
