混凝土箱梁浇筑养护方案数值评估研究

摘    要:大体积混凝土结构在浇筑过程中水化放热会形成对结构不利的瞬态温度场,为此提出了一种混凝土箱梁浇筑温度场的数值分析方法.采用有限元方法模拟了箱梁混凝土的水化放热及其各种实际热边界条件,并通过与实测数据对比,验证了该方法的精度.以杭州湾跨海大桥非通航孔桥的70 m跨整体浇筑预制的大截面混凝土箱梁为例,利用该方法定量评估了各种浇筑养护方案控制水化热的效果,为工程选用了有效的水化热控制方案,能够有效防止混凝土产生早期温度裂缝.

Abstract:The hydration heat of mass concrete in laying produces the adverse transient temperature field in the structure.A method was presented to simulate the concrete box girder temperature field.The heat generation of hydration and the actual boundary condition were simulated with the finite element method(FEM).The reliability was proved by comparson with measured data.Taking the laying-curing of the integrated-prefabrication 70 m-span concrete box girder of the non-navigable channel bridge in the Hangzhou Bay Bridge for example,the effectiveness of several schemes for controlling hydration heat was assessed quantitatively,and the most reasonable controlling scheme was selected to avoid early temperature cracks.
