| 摘 要： | 详细分析了我国房地产的现状,利用"泡沫理论"对当前房地产市场特征及形成房地产泡沫的原因进行了分析,并从几方面提出了解决我国当前房地产市场问题的对策,以促进房地产市场持续健康的发展。

| Abstract: | Based upon detailed analysis of present situations of Chinese real estate the characteristics of present real estate market and reasons caused the real estate bubbles are analyzed,at the same time countermeasures are proposed to deal with the questions existed in present real estate market in order to promote health and sustainable development of real estate market. |
