瑜伽练习对女性的减肥效果分析

摘    要:为使瑜伽减肥在瘦身领域更好的发挥作用,采用问卷调查法和实验法,从多家健身会馆随机抽取500名女会员作为研究对象,将研究对象的自然情况、参与练习的目的、采用的方式及前后身体形态变化等瑜伽练习减肥效果进行调查分析。结果显示:半年瑜伽练习能明显改善女性身体形态,在胸围、腰围、臀围、体脂方面比较差异呈现显著性;瑜伽练习与饮食控制相结合对于女性减肥效果更显著。

Abstract:By using the methods of questionnaires and experiments,500 female members of the Body-building Center are selected,the natural conditions,purposes of participating in the exercise,and the methods they used their physical shapes before and after the exercise are compared and analyzed.The result shows that the female physical shape will be obviously improved after half a year yoga exercise,,and it presents the significant changes compared among the chest,waist,hip,and the fat of the body,the combination of yoga exercise and dietcontrol is good for the female to achieve a significant effect on lose weight.
